Meet PonyBoy, our distinguished 5th generation seal silver lynx spotted Bengal, born from the collaborative pairing between Elysian Bengals Quadruple Grand Champion Ragnarok and our beloved 4th generation Bunny. PonyBoy is a prime example of the Bengal breed's finest qualities, showcasing a straight profile, strong chin, exceptional contrast, and a seamless horizontal pattern flow. His features are further accentuated by plush whisker pads, distinctly spotted legs, a thick blunt tail, a dense body, and cupped and rounded ears, all of which are set off by his stunning nocturnal ocean blue eyes.

 

PonyBoy is a proud product of our second-generation natural rearing program, emphasizing holistic health and well-being (for more details, please visit our natural rearing page). His personality is as remarkable as his appearance; PonyBoy adores being cradled like a baby, generously distributing kisses to all. His friendly demeanor and love for social interactions make him a favorite in the show hall and beyond.

 

PonyBoy has quickly made a name for himself in the competitive world of cat shows. As a young king, he has achieved numerous show finals as a kitten, including the prestigious title of “Best All Breed Kitten,” and has successfully earned his Champion title. In 2023, Pony was honored with the Breeders Choice Award for “Best Profile” at the Bengal on Safari cat show in Virginia. For 2024 TICA year end awards PonyBoy earned Best Seal Silver Lynx Bengal of the year, 3rd Best Bengal Kitten of the year and World International award earning 3rd Best Seal Silver Lynx Bengal of the year.

Meet Ludo, our striking glittered silver king whose presence immediately captures both eye and heart. Ludo showcases exceptional horizontal pattern flow with dark, dense markings, a thick, powerful tail, and a luminous silver coat accented with beautiful glitter. His head type is equally impressive, featuring puffy whisker pads, a wide nose bridge, and a well-balanced muzzle, all framed by expressive, rounded green eyes that radiate curiosity and warmth.

 

Beyond his stunning structure and pattern, Ludo’s temperament is truly something special. He is incredibly affectionate and gentle, often softly chatting with you when he wants attention or love. One of his most endearing traits is his fondness for being held upside down for belly rubs, a position he also chooses on his own when sleeping, feet in the air, completely relaxed and trusting. It’s adorable! Ludo has a medium energy level; he thoroughly enjoys playtime and running on his cat wheel, yet he is equally content curling up as a devoted snuggle companion.

 

Ludo is incredibly kind with other cats, interacting with them calmly and playing gently, a quality we deeply value and hope to see reflected in his future offspring. His sweet nature, emotional intelligence, and affectionate disposition make him a wonderful ambassador for the breed.

 

Ludo also has shined in the show ring, he earned his Champion title in his very first adult show receiving 3rd best in show for all breeds, as well as best of breed, color and division impressing judges with both his beauty and presence.

 

He is the son of RW MirandasRanch Blackjack of Sakura (“Jack”), a Regional Winner who earned Best Bengal Kitten in the Southeast Region, known for his playful, goofy charm and loving personality. Ludo’s mother, Sakura Zenith (“Zena”), boasts phenomenal contrast and glitter, making her truly eye-catching. Zena is cheerful, affectionate, and highly social, contributing both beauty and temperament to Ludo’s exceptional lineage.

 

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Aubrey of LKNBengals and Lori Denley with Sakura Bengals for entrusting us with Ludo and allowing us to integrate him into our breeding program. His remarkable qualities enrich not only the genetic diversity of our program but also the beauty, temperament, and overall excellence we strive to preserve in our Bengals. Introducing Lalu, a distinguished product of the innovative collaboration between Elysian Bengals Cthulhu and our own Talulah. Lalu's lineage is a testament to the pioneering spirit of Bengal breeding, with her father Cthulhu being a 2nd generation outcross that incorporates Egyptian Mau and American Shorthair genetics. This strategic blend not only lowers the breed coefficient, but also enriches the genetic diversity of the line. Cthulhu himself is the culmination of over 16 years of dedicated outcross breeding, a collective effort by numerous esteemed breeders.Lalu's mother, Talulah, is a homegrown marvel, stemming from highly decorated lines that include the Supreme Grand Champion and Regional Winner "RW SGC Exotiquesbengals Helios," and she is a granddaughter to the Triple Grand Champion "TGC Amazonbengals Cruise of Lunakatz."

 

Lalu has made significant strides in her show career, securing numerous finals as a kitten and achieving her champion title. She continues to compete actively, aiming to accrue further titles that not only elevate her status but also honor the contributions of other breeders to the advancement of the breed's health, structure, and temperament. For 2024 TICA year end awards Lalu earned Best Seal Silver Mink Bengal of the year. 

 

Lalu boasts an array of breed specific qualities, such as striking coat contrast, gorgeous aqua eyes, dark dense markings, and spotted legs, complemented by a medium-length thick blunt tail, rounded ears, a straight profile, and a strong chin. Her lower-set eyes and puffy whisker pads enhance her rounded eyes and endearing overall expression.

 

Beyond her physical attributes, Lalu possesses a remarkably friendly personality. She relishes the opportunity to travel, meet new people, and engage in shows. Known for her communicative nature, Lalu enjoys conversing and cuddling, showcasing her affectionate bond with us and our other cats. A particular affinity for water and playful interactions with our dogs further highlights her adaptable and loving character.

 

We extend our deepest gratitude to our friend and mentor Meghan i, whose guidance and collaboration have been instrumental in bringing Lalu into our lives. Her coat is adorned with plush whisker pads, distinctively spotted legs, and a thick, medium-length blunt tail, all complemented by her dense physique, lovely cupped and rounded ears, and mesmerizing light blue rounded eyes.

Embracing our philosphy of natural rearing, Lumi is a proud second-generation example of this practice, underscoring our program's dedication to the health and vitality of our Bengals (discover more on our natural rearing page). Lumi's demeanor is as delightful as her appearance; she is an incredibly kind and friendly girl, with an instinct for engaging in conversations and sharing affection through cuddles. Her comfort with being handled and her sociability make her a standout at cat shows and a joy to introduce to new people. Lumi's adaptability and love for the show environment have propelled her to significant early success, including to earn “Second Best All Breed Kitten,” and she is now poised to achieve further success in her adult show career.

Meet Soulei (pronounced SOUL-LAY), our beautiful homebred brown spotted Bengal and the newest addition to the Bougie Bengals breeding program. She is the daughter of our retired Bengals, Shamani and Diesel, and carries so many of the qualities we deeply loved in both of her parents.

​

Soulei has already begun making her mark in the show hall. At her very first TICA show, she earned a Sixth Best Allbreed Final as a kitten, an exciting accomplishment that reflects her confidence, beautiful structure, and natural presence.

​

She has exceptional contrast with a flowing horizontal pattern, beautifully spotted legs, and a soft, richly glittered coat. Her straight profile, strong chin, and large round eyes give her a striking expression while maintaining the feminine beauty we hoped to preserve through this pairing.

​

Soulei’s personality is just as special as her appearance. She is outgoing, playful, and wonderfully confident, greeting everyone she meets with curiosity and affection. She travels exceptionally well, enjoys car rides, and quickly acclimates to new environments, making her a natural show companion.

​

At home, Soulei is a fun and spunky girl who loves our dogs, enjoys the company of our other cats, and is always ready to play. She also has a wonderfully affectionate side and loves relaxing and cuddling with us on the bed or couch. We see so many of Shamani and Diesel’s sweetest personality traits reflected in her.

​

We are incredibly proud to welcome Soulei into our breeding program and cannot wait to watch her continue developing in the show hall. Her first litter is planned for spring 2027, and we are so excited to see the next generation of Shamani and Diesel’s legacy continue through her.
