Introducing Lucid, our breathtaking 8th generation silver charcoal spotted Bengal. Lucid is 3 years old, turning 4 this summer and represents the pinnacle of intentional breeding, natural rearing, and generational refinement.
Born from Elysian Bengals Ecstasy and our own Diesel, he carries a straight profile, strong chin, exceptional contrast, and beautiful horizontal pattern flow. His plush whisker pads, spotted legs, dense structure, rounded cupped ears, and large nocturnal eyes make him truly unforgettable. Judges adored him at his very first show, where he confidently stepped into the ring and performed beautifully. His lineage carries a legacy of success, with offspring and full siblings earning champion titles.
Lucid is a second-generation naturally reared Bengal and has been supported through comprehensive health screening, advanced cardiac evaluations, and holistic veterinary care. He was lovingly raised in Meghan’s cattery before joining us, later contributing to another breeding program in Colorado, and has now returned home for his final litter and well earned retirement.
Lucid loves to roll upside down for belly and body rubs, snuggles, and chatting back when you speak to him. While he is playful, he carries a more mellow temperament similar to his father Diesel. He especially loves his cat wheel and interactive bonding time. Lucid is very kind and respectful with female cats and would enjoy a companion, though he would also be perfectly content as the only spoiled boy in the home. He is also wonderful with our dogs, showing calm confidence and appropriate boundaries.
Lucid is shy when meeting new people and will need a patient, understanding home committed to building trust the right way. We guide all of our families through a structured introduction process, beginning with a smaller, calm setup space and intentional daily sitting and play time to nurture security and bonding. This approach supports the nervous system, prevents overwhelm, and allows confidence to build naturally. Lucid will be one who benefits from extra time and patience during this transition, but once trust is established, he blossoms into an incredibly loving companion who craves connection.
Lucid is retiring from our program in July and will remain with us for 8 to 12 weeks following his neuter to fully recover and allow his hormones to settle before transitioning to his new home. We are sharing him now so we can thoughtfully connect with and build a relationship with his future family before he is ready to go home.
Lucid is truly one of the most stunning boys we have ever co-produced, but what makes him extraordinary is not just his beauty, it's the bond he is capable of forming with the right family.
If you feel aligned with Lucid and are excited to provide the patience and intentional foundation he deserves, we would love to begin a conversation.
